Wales

The North East

Newcastle, Sunderland and Middlesbrough. Team Valley is among the largest trading estates in Europe. The automotive and process supply chains around Sunderland and Teesside hold a great deal of tooling that belongs to the manufacturer rather than the tenant.

The East of England

Cambridge, Norwich, Ipswich and Peterborough. Cambridge science tenants hold specialised equipment with little resale value, and the ports at Felixstowe and Great Yarmouth shape the logistics stock, where the floor is usually full of somebody else’s goods.
