To proceed therein for the recovery of the sum due under the judgment together with the Costs of Taking Control of Goods as the Law directs: And for so doing, this shall be yours and your agents sufficient Authority and indemnification against all Actions at Law, as well as against All Costs, Charges and Expenses which you may incur or be liable to pay by reason of your Enforcing this Writ, and we hereby undertake not to hold you or your agent Accountable for any goods Forcibly or Clandestinely removed.

We confirm the judgment remains unsatisfied to the extent stated, that it does not arise out of an agreement regulated by the Consumer Credit Act 1974, and we authorise you to apply to transfer the judgment to the High Court on our behalf and to obtain a Writ of Control in the name of an authorised High Court Enforcement Officer.
